Weiß Kreuz // Aya/Farfarello // R

Aya has an unexpected admirer.

Ken hefted it onto the counter, then unlatched the lid. “Okay, it’s full of ice.”

“It really is for Aya,” Yoji said.

I think my favourite quote is Aya’s “I got your gift. It wasn’t in my size.”

Andromeda // R

This series provides a speculative back-story for a couple of characters (especially Harper, but Beka as well) from a show I’ve never seen and I still enjoyed it more than most fanfic I’ve ever read. That’s how good it is. There are several shorter stories that follow this one on Viridian5’s Andromeda gen page.

Andromeda // Dylan/Harper // NC-17

And its sequels, Transitional and Raveling

Picks up after the events of Pitiless as the Sun right up through Dance of the Mayflies and follows major canon events. If you’ve never seen the show (like me) Viridian5 has kindly provided a wealth of Andromeda summaries. Go, read about the show, then read the stories. If you’re anything like me, you’ll be dying to see the show–or at least the first two seasons.

Weiß Kreuz // Crawford/Schuldig, Schuldig/Farfarello // NC-17

I know that I recommend a lot of Viridian’s fiction, but her stories introduced me to this fandom - and sucked me in. I’ve decided not to do a seperate rec for her in-progress Weiss Kreuz fic, Glass Houses, but it is worth mentioning. At 136 parts and counting, it’s already a story of epic proportions. It has many, many fans. Go check it out on her LiveJournal.

If you don’t have time to check out Glass Houses, or if you’re smart enough to wait until it’s finished and avoid the inevitable withdrawal symptoms, go read Nerve.
