The second story is the best, in my opinion. It was a treat to see Lex and Lois working together, despite Lex’s antagonism toward her. Also, one of the scenes with the robots was pretty funny:

Wow. I am really, ridiculously impressed by this story. One of the best pon farr stories I’ve ever read, and it’s not even a Trek fic. Only a little bit dark, really.

The author calls this the “harlequin fic”, which it kind of is, although it lacks a certain purpleness of prose that would really make it part of that genre…just read it. It’s great.
Kon is being raised by Lex Luthor, so Batman sends Tim in undercover.
There had to be some explanation, some alternative to I have a gay crush on you that wasn’t I’m spying on you for Batman.

The best part is, I get to wear the suit.
The first time I put it on, I just stare at myself in the mirror. For an hour. I still can’t believe it. Dick made it famous. Tim made it his own. And now it’s mine.
Jason died in it, but that’s got nothing to do with me.
A very original idea. The story is fun, and it looks absolutely amazing.

Wilson has a freak-out.
“Where’s Wilson?” he demanded.
Cuddy looked up from her desk. “You don’t know?” she asked before looking back down at the paperwork she was going through. “I thought you had each other Lo-jacked.”
“My GPS is on the fritz today,” he told her, walking closer to the desk. “So where is he? He was supposed to have clinic hours this morning, but he’s not there. And I know how you feel about doctors and their clinic hours.”
Oh. my. God. How much fun did I have reading this story? Kon is injured, bringing Clark and Lex closer together…and this story is so much better than that makes it sound.
“I don’t care! What I care about is you’re the biggest jerk in the history of the universe,” Tim said.
“Yeah, okay, but dude!” Kon said. “They were best friends! That’s freaking insane! That’s like, if you went evil someday!”
“If anyone is going to go evil, it is totally you, you asshole!” Tim yelled.
Crossover between the DC and Smallville universes.
I’ve borrowed a bunch of DC comics characters for this story; the one that I feel needs some real explanation is Kon, aka Superboy, who is the test-tube baby of Superman and Lex Luthor. (No, I am seriously not making this up. I would have, but the writers at DC generously smoke crack so we fans don’t have to.) Tim Drake is the current Robin.
There’s also a short sequel, Vacation. Tim gets jealous, and Kon gets a clue.
So, so cute. Even Jonathan Kent can be open-minded, so long as his son is happy.
Enterprise
The Solomon Islands, 1942
Enfant Perdu, a tiny speck of an island with no resident population, hides a secret that could turn the tide of the war in the South Pacific. Lieutenant Malcolm Reed of the Royal Navy is sent to retrieve it, but his American hosts insist on sending along one of their own men as well – a beached PT boat commander, Lieutenant Skip Tucker. It’s not exactly the start of a beautiful friendship…
AU of the only Trek incarnation I’ve never seen. As far as I can see, it would have worked just as well as an original story; definitely no knowledge of canon required.
