Star Trek
Reboot
Q-Squared-style universe convergence fic. Three different (almost)Reboot!verses come together. There are some extra stories set in Universes B and C. The warning are (mostly) for the Universe C prequel rather than the main story.

Reboot/TOS
A slightly confusing crossover between Original!verse and Reboot!verse, involving Picard, the Nexus, Kirk!Prime, and a bet between Spock and Q. The plot would probably be easier to follow if it hadn’t been many years since I saw Generations.
I think this story suffers slightly from having too large a cast for its length. I would have liked to see more of Spock!Prime and Kirk!Prime’s reunion/relationship, and a lot more of Nu!Kirk and Kirk!Prime interacting. It’s still a great story, though, with a sequel, Deeper Down.

Reboot
This fic was really not what I was expecting at all. It’s better. I don’t want to spoil it, so I’ll just say it’s the story of Kirk and Bones’s epic relationship. Epic.
Yes, Jim decides, this man shall be my wingman, and I shall call him…Bones.
Followed by Twelve Days (a.k.a. The Epic Holiday-Themed Porn).
Reboot
AU where Bones is a werewolf. Sounds like crackfic but it isn’t, really. It is awesome, though. Stories where one character pines for another are pretty much my favourite, so the idea of Jim being Bones’s mate but not knowing about it, and Bones angsting about it, really works for me.

Reboot
An AU where Spock grow up on Earth after his father’s death and becomes a police detective rather than a Starfleet officer. After he gets embroiled in a political situation, he’s sent away from San Francisco to keep him out of trouble. If course, he ends up in Riverside and meets Iowa’s Most Wanted.
There’s some initial Spock/Uhura, which is so not my thing, but it didn’t bother me too much.
The link is to the secret epilogue, which has a list of links to all the previous chapters at the top.

Reboot
A WIP which hasn’t been updated since October 2009, but a message from May 2010 says it will be finished, so I have hope.
Spock is a courtesan who is given to Kirk by Vulcan as a reward for defeating Nero. Lovely worldbuilding so far, and Spock’s frustration with Kirk’s moral outlook is dead on. The premise sounds much crackier than it is in execution.
There are flashbacks to previous Pike/Spock interludes. I don’t get the appeal of that pairing at all, but it makes sense in the story, and it doesn’t get in the way of the building Kirk/Spock relationship.
Reboot
I may have been sucked into Kirk/McCoy, but that doesn’t mean I’ve given up my love for K/S. In this slight AU, Spock leaves the Entreprise for New Vulcan instead of signing on as First Officer. After the first five year mission, Kirk encounters him in a surprising situation, and they get a second chance.
Reboot
Dala has a lot of great fics; this just happens to be the one I like a tiny bit better than the others, but you should try them all.
I actually said recently that I wasn’t into Kirk/McCoy, so of course I tried a couple afterward and was immediately sucked in. If you’d asked me two weeks ago who my favourite original Trek characters was, I would have said Spock, but it turns out that, as far as Reboot!verse goes, it’s Kirk I’m a sucker for.
Bones discovers Jim’s…collection.
Reboot
An AU in which both Kirk and Spock end up in the Federation’s Emergency Personnel Ambulance Service, a search-and-rescue operation semi-independent from Starfleet.
So far, this story is really, really good. It’s a WIP, but it’s updated about once a week (for example, it was updated once between the time I bookmarked it and the time I wrote this review.) It does look like there are quite a few parts left to go, though, so if you’re not keen on WIPs, you may want to wait until it’s finished. So far, it’s up to part 4.3. New parts are tagged leave no soul behind.
