The Breakfast Club
I’m still slightly surprised that any Breakfast Club slash exists, but this is the third awesome fic I’ve found, so I guess I should get used to it, huh?

James Bond
Oh man. I’ve only ever seen one Bond film, and as all I can remember about it is that Pierce Brosnan was 007 and there was an oil pipeline that had to be blown up, or saved from being blown up, or something, you can probably guess that I’m not much of a fan.
I am a fan of Judi Dench, though. So go read this.
The Pretender
I’d forgotten how much I loved this show. Too much happens for me to give any kind of summary, but the stories are a lot like the show itself, with more focus on the relationship between Jarod and Miss Parker. The series is a WIP, but each of the stories is self-contained.
Tanya Huff (Smoke series)
It doesn’t usually get cold in Vancouver, but there’s a new villain in town. Naturally, it’s up to the entire gang to save the day.
Action // Mystery // NC-17 // Romance // Sci-fi/Fantasy
Tanya Huff (Smoke series)
Tony and Lee try to continue their relationship, but some new, sinister deaths demand their attention.
Action // Mystery // PG // Romance // Sci-fi/Fantasy
Young Sherlock Holmes
Holmes puts Watson through a series of experiments.
R // Romance // Underage Sex
The Baby-sitters’ Club
I can honestly say I never expected to be recommending BSC slash. Unfortunately, this is a WIP, but it’s still being updated. If you need a refresher (or an introduction) to who Jeff Schafer and Byron Pike are, check out the summary at ship_manifesto. Some implied het.
So far it’s been written up to part eleven part twelve.
Dalziel and Pascoe
Takes up the story of Peter’s recovery after his accident in the episode Heads You Lose, with more serious, and perhaps more realistic, consequences of having been involved in a near-fatal car accident.
If you’ve never heard of it, Dalziel and Pascoe is a tv show based on the series of novels by Reginald Hill. Andy Dalziel and Peter Pascoe are British policemen; Andy’s canonical nicknames for Peter are ‘Sunbeam’ and ‘Petal’ (without mockery,) and a glance through Elfin’s episode guide demonstrates that the slashiness doesn’t end there, by a long shot.
This story is actually the beginning of a series. Here’s the full list:
Dalziel and Pascoe have great chemistry, and Elfin captures it perfectly.
The Professionals
Raymond Dibble is a mousy librarian who loves reading about the adventures of Bodie and Doyle, until a head injury leaved him convinced that he is Doyle.
One of the most interesting amnesia fics I’ve ever read, and a totally hilarious spy novel as well.
“Not real plans—phony ones. But that was okay, because the Russians knew they were phony and they were planning to sell them to the East Germans because they needed extra money to beef up the effort in Afghanistan. Glasnost has screwed the hell out of their military budget, too.”
“Okay, so we were selling shit to the Russkis so they could sell it to the East Germans who are idiots. Correct? Exactly what were we selling?”
“Just some schematics the boys in Washington sent over to look good under a microscope—they had it on a microchip.”
“And the Russkis knew it was crap?”
“Yessir.”
“And the East Germans?”
“Well, they might’ve figured it out, because they backed out of the sale at the last minute. So the KGB decided to peddle it to the Israelis who really only wanted it to leak to the Iranians as part of a package deal with the arms thing. Kind of like a commission on the sale.”
“But the Israelis didn’t know the U.S. knew about it, right?”
“Well, that’s hard to say. They don’t like dealing with the KGB at the best of times, and they sure as hell hate the Iranians, so they could’ve been double-crossing them. There’s some evidence they were going to pass it to the Iraqis at the same time.” He shrugged. “You know how it is.”
Gosford Park
She’s going to be an actress and it’s certainly not what she’d expected. Morris sent Henry to get her to work with him, because he think she has ‘flair’ and Elsie could feel the slippery weight of his gaze even without him there, but she’s willing to make sacrifices for a new shade of life. It won’t be the first time.
The Breakfast Club
This is the second Breakfast Club fanfic I’ve recommended recenty. This surprises me, since it never would have occurred to me to slash that movie. But I’ve seen two authors do it excellently well; shows how much I know.
Coming of Age // NC-17 // Romance // Underage Sex
The Breakfast Club
20 years after. Reading this made me so happy. Pure enjoyment. It made me want more, but sadly, this is all there is.
Coming of Age // Humour // NC-17 // Romance
Scrubs
Yet another fic I can’t believe I never rec’d. Very true to the tone of the show, and even almost canon because you know there has to be something between those two. Bonus points for many mentions of Cox’s scary googly eyes.
Coming of Age // Humour // PG // Romance
Dead Zone
I’ve never heard of Dead Zone, but Speranza provides a good introduction to it before the story, so I wasn’t confused at all. This is set in the TV universe, and it’s plotted like an actual case like the ones they solve on the show. It’s quite a good mystery and a good story.
